Our tenthursday Annual St. Matthews Machine Bear witness turned out to be a keen success this year. Some of the all-time vintage classic cars, trucks and motorcycles in Georgia were in attendance to the tune of over xc cars. We had a fantastic Silent Auction with over xxx items and we had bidders on every single one of them. We had several new arts and craft vendors and, concluding but not to the lowest degree, we had Tipsy Pig who brought the states great ribs, chicken, and barbeque.
Family Hope of Gwinnett County, who works to help homeless families in the expanse, was the recipient of a whopping $20,000 donation. We couldn't accept done information technology without our sponsorships, our volunteers, our Bake Sale, Knit Pearl and Pray, our Kids Zone, the car registrations, vendor fees and the monies raised from our silent auction. Plus Bishop Rob was here with us to pick the Bishop'due south Option trophy recipient and stayed with us through the trophy presentations.
A great big Give thanks you to all that helped to brand this bear witness such a great Outreach and Fellowship event. The Car Show Committee, our volunteers, all of our sponsors, those who supported us with your prayers and encouragement and all of St. Matthews , we thank you all!!

How You lot Can Assistance!
As yous know, the 8th Annual St. Matthew'southward Machine Testify will be held this year on October thirteenth, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, rain or shine. We are again excited to donate much of the proceeds from the show to The Place of Vii Springs. This yr, a portion of the proceeds will become to our Youth Ministry building at St. Matthew's to be used to refurnish the classrooms affected by the overflowing final yr.
Seven Springs is part of the Gwinnett Coalition of Wellness and Human services. Families and individuals are referred to them for assistance with emergency housing, utilities and non-narcotic prescription medication. They accept a food co-op and operate a Summertime Lunch Program for homeless children. We encourage you all to acquire more than about Seven Springs and we invite you to visit their facility on Hwy. 78.
As always, the Car Show needs your help. In that location are many ways to do that. We will need volunteers on the day of the show, sponsors for trophies and t-shirts, raffle items, silent auction items, craft vendors for our vendor expanse and cars, cars, cars!!
You can also be a sponsor for the show. Sponsorship levels start at $200 and go up to $1500 and beyond.
We are besides in need of Corporate Sponsorship. Corporate Sponsorship levels would begin at $2000. The Corporate Sponsor proper noun would be added to all banners, our website and offered show infinite the twenty-four hours of show. Their name would be announced throughout the day of show and a sponsor plaque would be awarded to the Corporate Sponsor the twenty-four hours of show.
We are looking forward to a very successful bear witness this year, non just in raising money for two very worthy causes, merely for a great fellowship event again. And so please consider helping in any way yous tin to make this one of our best years yet.
